How do I place an order?
Simply add your chosen sticker sheets to your cart and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to complete your purchase securely.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer shipping to Europe and the UK. Shipping rates and delivery times might defer based on your location.
How much is shipping within the UK and abroad?
We ship in the UK for free. European shipping rates are £2.
How long will my order take to arrive?
UK orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days. International orders may take 7–14 business days, depending on location.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes, you will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched.
Payment & Returns
What payment methods do you accept?
Right now we accept PayPal, but we will be soon adding more.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if your order hasn’t shipped yet.
What is your return and refund policy?
We accept returns on unused, sticker sheets within 14 days of delivery, with the shipping charge not being covered by Savoir Stickers. Please contact us to initiate a return or if your order arrives damaged.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please email us with your order number and photos of the damage. We’ll resolve the issue promptly with a replacement or refund.
Custom & Special Orders
Do you offer custom or personalised sticker sheets?
At this time, we do not offer custom designs, but we love hearing your ideas. Feel free to suggest themes for future collections!
Can I request a restock of a sold-out design?
Yes! If a design you love is sold out, let us know, popular designs may be restocked based on demand.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk discounts?
We welcome wholesale inquiries and bulk orders. Please contact us for more information and pricing.
